This fresh cheese is designed to be eaten on or about the day you buy it. It is sitting in a tub with whey surrounding it to be poured off and the cheese enjoyed. Sometimes I put a whole one of these into a batch of cheese scones. Occasionally I have used the Robiolino on the base of a pizza with other toppings on top but my favourite way is to use it as butter on a salad sandwich or chunky bread, just delicious !!.
