Our daughter's Wedding Cheesecake has created quite the stir, featuring in numerous publications in New Zealand and Australia.
The three-tiered masterpiece consisted of Sunset Blue, Havarti, Manchego and three lovingly handcrafted small Brie hearts which all paired perfecty with the French Champagne. Salut!!
