Kingsmeade Riversdale Pecorino is made from pasteurized sheep's milk using vegetable rennet. Aged to a pronounced sharp, slightly salty flavour balanced by the sweetness of sheep's milk. We use only vegetable rennet, allowing for all dietary needs.
Thinly slice on roast capsicum or fennel salad. Our Pecorino is matured for one year and is our absolute favorite!! Try it!
